1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bharabari ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including property owners, managers, and anyone accessing the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Bharabari is a property management SaaS platform that provides: - Property and unit management tools. - Tenant onboarding and lifecycle management. - Bill generation and payment tracking. - Subscription-based access with plan-based feature limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use Bharabari, you must: - Provide accurate and complete registration information. - Maintain the security of your account credentials. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. - Be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Bharabari operates on a subscription model: - Free plan is available with limited features. - Paid plans (BASIC, PRO) require payment via bKash, Nagad, or Bank transfer. - Upgrade requests are manually reviewed and approved by our admin team. - Refunds are not provided for approved subscriptions. - Plan limits (houses, tenants, units) are enforced automatically.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. - Store false or misleading tenant information. - Attempt to circumvent subscription limits. - Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform. - Upload malicious content or interfere with Platform security. - Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Bharabari, including tenant information, property data, and financial records. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms of Service. - Engage in fraudulent activity. - Fail to pay for a paid subscription. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bharabari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: - Data loss due to user error. - Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. - Financial decisions made based on Platform data. - Third-party payment failures. Our maximum liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
